Wow. I've never been fortunate enough to find a woman who enjoyed foot discipline. Believe me, I've tried -- it's one of my two major kinks. you can cause the bottom of my feet all the pain you want (the tops not so much...i've done enough damage to them in the past that it gets to be ear-drum-shattering-screaming-in-pain-screams really quick) but if you tickle them...i haven't been able to untrain the automatic reaction of kicking anything in range yet...and i've been working on it for years...i warn people...i shrunk into a corner and cried the last time i kicked the head of my leather household in the chest really hard...but i told him it was a bad idea to do it.... edited to add: he laughed while i was crying and talked me out of the corner, so it was all good...

Just as a suggestion, impact play isn't the only option. My girl has a habit of driving a bit too fast. Since I like to connect the discipline method to the offense, I made a special tool to remind her not to have a "lead foot." Basically, it's an oak board that has a number of 3/4 inch dowels mounted into holes. The pattern is in the shape and size of her feet and the dowels stick up at varying heights. She has to stand on the pegs for a certain time, depending on how far over the speed limit she goes. It is very effective. A similar technique could be used with standing on empty bottles if they were mounted in a box.

[:D] Maybe it was the 4 surgeries at the Shriner's Hospitals that gave him a clue, the scars I have with nerve damage underneath, or hell maybe even the deformed area of metacarpal bone on one of them. I don't even get foot massages and pedicures because they are that sensitive. Whoops, that wasn't very submissive of me. ;) Oh well, no way, no how, ever. It would be entertaining to ask my orthopedist this question just to watch him blow his gasket, though.
