I'm trying to add formatting to my profile, and I can't find any way to do that. I have emailed support a few times, and I have not heard back from them.

Apart from wanting to know how to do that, I'd like to know if there's a topic area on this message board for discussing such concerns as a group. I think it could save the support staff lots of time if others can answer a question about a matter that theyve adequately resolved.
