VadFarkas -> New camera, new collar, new photos (11/9/2007 8:26:18 AM)

After breaking my camera at a party, I had to buy a new one.So what better first subject than my equally new Rod-n-Ring collars?I'm still learning the settings but this is pretty much what I wound up with.http://www.ringofsteel.net/images/rnr1-4-merge.jpghttp://www.ringofsteel.net/images/rnr3-8-merge.jpgMy wife doesn't want to part with either prototype, so today I'll make asecond 1/4 inch model and throw it up on eBay tonight to see what happens.Just not sure whether to make it in Allen screw or Padlock closing.

As a proud owner of one of you collars ( you can see it on lil1 in our profile) I would recommend anyone in search of quality collars to check out your site

Thank you for the welcome back and endorsments!!!
It's done!I decided on the padlock style but made another Allen screw link also. It's not hard to switch from one to the other, just unsolder two links.Nice thing about this collar is that I can also add or subtract a link to adjust the size, as well as lengthen the closing link for custom sizing.  Here is the finished version and one of the two photos I used on eBay.http://www.ringofsteel.net/images/rnrlock2.jpgMy wife has been wearing and sleeping in "her" prototype all week andloves it. Said it's the most comfortable collar yet. She never had a problemwearing any collar in public but this one can be worn by even the mostself-conscious slave I would think. Yet it is just as secure and meaningful asany of my other Stainless Steel collars. It is made up of 1/4" rods and 3/4" rings all in solid Stainless Steel totaling 15" in circumference. With the lock, the weight is 4 oz as opposed to one of my 3/8" x 15" collars at 9 oz.

Update:I took another photo last night to show a better perspective of the size. This is the small style with 1/4 rods and 3/4 rings. http://www.ringofsteel.net/images/rnrlocklg.jpgThe girl in this photo is my granddaughter. I have a girl coming over next week to take some shots of the larger 3/8 rod style and maybe some other items also. My wife has been wearing her Allen closing 24/7 since I made it without any problems.
