A few quick answers:
- Many, many folk in the Toronto and southern Ontario areas
- 18 and up
- Check the calendar at the EhBC group. It lists dozens of events from the Niagara area to Ottawa and Montreal.
My best advice, if you are new to the area or the lifestyle is get out to munches or the public parties and get to know people.
