I haven't gone thru it, but I checked it out for a friend in the relatively recent past. Loose skin doesn't bounce back from injury as quickly as firm skin, so you have to be diligent in checking for infections following wounds. Most of your loose skin will be on your stomach, your upper arms, your legs (for some people inner thighs, for others, outer thighs). Your back and your butt won't be as loose, and may not be loose at all, so if that's where you like the attention, you won't have to worry about that. If you can exercise, particularly stretching type exercises (Pilates, yoga) AND strength training (lifting weights on a machine) then you will have less loose skin than someone who does not exercise. Pain will feel different with less fat. Start slow and see how it goes. In fact, that's the best advice for ALL of the things you like... start slow. Cali
