pahunkboy i couldn't view the video because i'm too much of a technotard.  But i remember Paul Harvey Oswald on the radio and his tag line "That's the way it is."  i think he was a relatively benign influence on American culture with a pronounced right-wing stance.  i put his influence in the same catagory as the Reader's Digest.

As a journalist i don't rate him very highly; his work was more 'color' than content.

p.s.  Did he just die or something?  What prompted the question?

p.p.s. i tried to google 'paul harvey oswald' in order to be sure i was thinking of the right guy and just came up with the link You posted.  This is not my day.

No- those are 2 different people. This guy mixes films to denote a point. Not really left or right.

As for Paul Harvey Oswald's work, well, it's derivative, and raises copyright issues, but as long as he makes it clear he remixed orginal content i guess i don't see a problem.
