Any Neo-Pagans amongst you here, may I ask what dominant element are you drawn to in your day to day life, does it correspond with your own element?

When it comes to Neo or New Age pagans, I find that most of them oppose the christanity beliefs that here parents taught them in efforts to rebel. There's also the consideration of wanting to be different from the majority.

Whatever the reasons, most people just want to find the religion that fits there beliefs. They don't want a religion to belive in, they want a religion that belives in them. That's how you find the Egyption Celtic Priest who practices Ancient Aztec rituals, follows Chinese Zodiac, and believes in Tao while conjuring up the best mead in the world with alchemy.

Neo Pagan or New Age Pagan or whatever is the correct term for modern pagans in general. Pagans of the past did all sorts of things which are now illegal, and fitting the mindset of the time.Contrary to belief most pagans do not sacrifice alive things, it is just an alternative way of seeing the world based upon their own choices and where they themselves fit in, not that which is taught from an early age in most schools around the globe.

As to my question, perhaps it was the wrong site to post on, but then again, pagans here may very well understand the question and it is they the question was aimed at. As for others, if it interests try searching the question or if there are answers to the question here, look in.

I would assume that most of my ancesters in Ireland were Pagans/ Druids before St. Patrick but besides Samhain (Halloween) I really don't know that much about it.
I have looked up "Brehon Law" in Yahoo though and it's facinating the amount of sophistication they had in laws going back more than 3,000 years.
The Newgrange site in Ireland is 6,500 years old.
By comparison the pyramids are "only" 4,000 years old.
