I'm going to be nice and answer, because I'm helpful like that. If you have a giant log* in your rectum, yes, your vagina will feel tighter. If you have voided (see? I can get technical!!), or you have had raging diarrhoea ( yes, I looked up how to spell it), your vagina will be its usual size. During labour, an enema is usually used on the mother. This helps to void the rectum and leave more room for the baby and also to stop you crapping on the bed. Very messy. * Log, AKA poo, crap, biscuit, shit, turd, fecal matter, faeces.
