Status: offline 		I would like to know if anyone has any first hand knowledge on the Tollyboy chastity belt. My two main questions are: Is it actually inescapable? Is it effective in preventing masturbation? Anyone who has actually been in one, or has had a male locked in one, your information will help. I want to buy one, but don't want to spend $1,000+ if it isn't effective.

Status: offline 		Many need a curved tube for both security and comfort. You can omly get it so tight, so if you shrink, you might be able to do something. It also depends on your anatomy, but these are factors in any florentine style CB.

With any of these it is not just the money, it is time. They simply do not keep these things on the shelf, each is custom made. Locked In Steel might be a better choice. First you save a few hundred bucks, and as backlogged as I hear they are, might actually deliver more quickly.

Measuring is another issue, I think Tollyboy wants you to come in for the measurements, so see if your passport is current. Neosteel and LIS both have a measuring kit, and even then I hear that around half of all the CBs produced have to go back for resizing.

Tollyboy is seen as the gold standard in the field, no doubt. But is that what you need ? And a plane trip and international shipping. On the other hand you could drive to LIS in a few hours, they are in NH. I'm not trying to talk you into anything, I am not affiliated with LIS in any way. I have corresponded with them but not yet bought anything from them so I can't give you anything solid in that respect. What I hear they were forced to move and that put them behind on a bunch or orders, so if you find a bunch of complaints about that, just know that it is not because they are lazy or lack diligence. And their server was out for a time as well.

At any rate, there are some good resources on the subject, one of them is lockmeup.com. Go to the discussion forum, it takes a while to load because there are messages still there that are years old. There is a wealth of information. There are also many reviews, stories and all kinds of things on Altairboy's site. However they are hosted by tpe.com so use Google. The word altairboy is enough usually. You can also bookmark the page newstuff.html and bypass the enter screen. (or any of them I think)

Do check out these resources, they might even overwhelm you at first. Altaiboy has a whole pageful of reviews. I believe lockmeup has alot as well. There is another one, either chastity.co.uk or chastity.uk. This one has pictures as well because USC2257 doesn't apply to them. Lots of pictures.

Check em out, you're likely to have more answers than questions.

Thanks for the information. I will check them out, especially the one in NH. I've heard of them, but it's been so long, I didn't remember. I will take your advice, and look for something comparable in the US if possible. I don't especially want to go to the UK for fitting, or measurements, but I will go to NH if they can make a comparable product.

That sound swrong: the CB series of chastity devices aren't custom-sized.  Each model is made in one size only.

With all respect, this in reply to your reply to Termy, the specific question started out asking about a particular brand Tolly Boy. Tolly Boy is a florentne full security chastity belt, that can with options, prevent all areas addressed as well as prevent any anal penetration or in effect insure it with a locked plug. They are 2 different things, liken it to a stainless steel jock look with a flat front as opposed to a cup with waist band,and rear chains running on an angle allowing for deficaton and 24/7 wearing. i can assure you they are custom measured and fitted, whether with a meauring kit or by the manufacturer in person. i know this, because i have experienced it, after all, even after the best measuring and fittting it is still is a big challenge to accustom your body and mind to accept 24/7 wear as i now do, with no keys available.

OK I should've remembered that it is chastity.co.uk, now I remember searching for it and just the .uk yielded nothing.

But I did leave out one thing, there is an alternative measuring method. For $100 you can get a Waterhole. You adjust it yourself, although they need your waist measurement to get it close. The material is strong, so you can cinch it up and see how tight you can stand it. You can also adjust the tube position, and if needed, easily make a curved tube with something from the plumbing department.

It only costs slightly more than Neosteel's measuring kit, and as a bonus you get an actual plastic CB that, with plastic locks, can be worn through a metal detector. A measuring kit does not give you that. Thinking about it, once through a metal detector it is likely that you won't have anything handy with which to cut it off :-) It is also said that sometimes even the metal padlocks are too small to set off some metal detectors.

And I am familiar with the CBX000 series of devices, VERY familiar if ya know what I mean. But I think I would call them devices, as there is no belt. Mine has a harness, but they do not supply that.

Status: offline 		I'm a friend of Tollyboy. He prefers people to visit for measuring, because people so often get their measurements wrong. But if you can't visit, use his measurement guide and if you get it wrong he's very good at sorting it out.

I don't want to go off in another direction but think Cissykay's original question has been address.

Vice, Thanks for posting that link. It was sent to me by a customer, chastech. He is so happy with the device I made for him that he is sending out reviews. He convinced me to up the price to one more in keeping with the time it takes me to make this. Also he asked me to design an attachment that will lock a PA piercing into the Iron Maiden. I should have the prototype finished today. I think it will be unique, very easy to use and not take away from the streamlined look I was after. It only weighs 6 or 7 oz. However it  does allow access and is not meant for those that want total isolation.
I'll post a photo of the new and improved Iron Maiden in a day or two, the old one is on my website. I had no idea when a customer asked me to make one for him last October, that this was so popular. I had posted with Termyn8or and some others in here a few times and that was my only basis of knowledge. I sure am learning more now.

CB's is short for Chastity Belts in this case. Not the CB series of chastity devices.
