Nosathro -> FBI Report states Blackwater acted recklessly (11/14/2007 9:04:11 PM)

The FBI has issued a report on their investigation on what happened in the square in September where Blackwater Security fired on civilians in a square killing 17 people. The FBI states that there may have been some justification in the shooting deaths of 3 persons, based on rules of engagement. However, the 5 Blackwater Guards who opened fired were reckless in the killing of 14 others, all shot in the back as they were trying to flee.
Blackwater says they were defending themselves, Department of Justice is not sure if the Guards can charged and put on trial, State Department is silent as is the White House.
