Fantasy Dom? As in actual god I would do anything to be owned by him? Sean Connery....although I sooooo compleatly agree with the people who mentioned Rhett Butler earlier in the thread! Fantasy Dom for a scene or two? Vin Deisel and Toby Keith.

For Domme's Id have to definantly say Lucy Liu and Catherine Zeta Jones.

Kate Beckinsale, preferably as Celene, from the Underworld movies. I'm not even that big into vampires and such, but...WOW. Of course, being dressed head to toe in designer leather and skillfully using a wide array of very high quality weaponry definately helps, but the aura of command is what really does it. That, and those amazing eyes.

As a close second, I always thought Captain Kathryn Janeway on Voyager was amazing. She has such an air of authority about her, not to mention this great voice...I could listen to that show without watching it any day. I'm not a Trekkie, but I own all seven seasons of Voyager on DVD. *smiles*

The common ground? They both exude power, command, authority...and yet, in the same stroke, compassion, and concern for those who are close to them.

Then again, maybe I'm overthinking this. *smiles*

As banal as reality TV is, I admit to enjoying much if it. In the spirit of this tread I'd have to say New York from I Love New York, MTV.

Her stated purpose in doing the show is to find love with a man who will accept her as the dominant partner. As an interesting to watch dynamic, she's constantly struggling with one of the prospects who goes by Buddha, an actor come model who's clearly dominant.

At some point she kicks him off the show for bitch slapping "Tailor Made", one of the other contestants who unabashedly submits to New York. Anyway, long story short New York brings Buddha back and each contestant is asked to sign a statement showing that he accepts this turn of events and Tailor Made, clearly submissive, signs the paper, head bowed. As he walks away New York's eye's glaze a bit and she chuckles victoriously at his supplication. It was actually quite the thing to see. She later admits to liking Tailor Made because, to quote "I can control [him], so I know all my needs will be met."

I saw "Keeping up with the Kardashians" last night. Don't know who they are, but to answer your queation-the mother and (I think her name is Rachael) the one who posed for playboy.

Oh oh! I love that show! It's my guilty pleasure. Last night I was watching the episode with her therapist. The therapist tells the guys "She needs you to be her feminin counterpart", and New York turns to the guys and says "I need you to be my bitch". Every guy got defensive except Tailor Made who even said "Okay, I'll be your bitch." LOL
