I know the real reason he was elected twice?  On the second election night, the chimp ran out of blue to color the electoral college map showing who really won each state, so the little bastard kept using red...especially in Ohio!  It was enough to confuse Dan Rather, so we just all followed in the confusion.

I rand into Jay Leno asking "the man on the street" questions about the US.
If the person got it wrong, they had some guys in fatigues grab them and
throw them into a big green military looking truck marked Immigration Police.

We called it conscription. It worked.
More recently, we tried to make "Train surfing" cool
I believe in some states of america, they operate a "here, hold my beer" policy.

In more enlightened countries, they simply train them to act as suicide bombers
