Status: offline 		Hi I've been searching a over the breat corset reasonably priced for awhile,my chest measures 44DD,and while I haven't been to alterego(I don't do ebay),I have yet to find anything that looks even close to holding these things up and in.So where do us DD chicks go for a good fitting garment that doen't look like something my granny would have worn?

Status: offline 		Hello mydestiny, it seems from my wandering thru corset sites that they are more concerned with waist size than the bewbage size. I would defnitely take a look at the links provided , especially  the links for lace embrace, absolute corsets, delilahs treasures, timeless trends, aaaaah hell, all of them, lol.  I would look for a hig coverage one or one with straps, I like straps cos they tend to hold  the overflowing mammarys in better when playing, unless of course  you are an exhibitionist:)
There is also another site called Long Island Stay Lace association at http://www.staylace.com/ with lots of different kind of information and links for waist training, victorian lacing and other stuff.
I know I have a lot more sites added to my faves now so thanks to everyone for all the links and ideas, yummy yummy corsets

Status: offline 		G'mornin lucy,yea that has pretty much what I've noticed as well,and while waist size is certainly a factor,I really need something to hold these things up and in,any sudden moves on my part could knock somebody out.I will check out that site,and thanks for the info.

Status: offline 		since your in cali  chaeck out dark garden in SF . No they are not  extreamly cheap but they are VERY well made , and to your  measurements  with many things to pick from .

Status: offline 		grins you are welcome ....I re read what I typed earlier....I made it sound as if they should be concerned with boob size, but .....alll the corset sites Ive been to,  use waist size as a guide, unless you go for custom, then they use  a lot of different measurements. .... just wanted to make that clear.

Status: offline 		Despite my disagrement with this person, and I mean we clacked heads, she is a kick ass corsetier, and way low pricing. Especially when you find out her experience. Old globe theater costuming, ren fair tower of london corset supplier, had some design input over at versatile years ago, and is only rivaled by dark garden. Her boning is one of a kind, her quality is almost forever, she has a warrantee. Fat or skinny little twig, you are a fool to buy, all the other crap mentioned hear, she constantly has to fix alter ego copies of her work, before even the first wear. She also tries to make something out of leggs ave, which is the stink of the shit.

I know how you feel! I am a 42 F... and one hip is higher then the other.. so it sucks to be me in fitting things. I tried off the rack.. even the high end stuff.. none of it fit right, kept the girls in.. or felt comfy. So being the seamstress that I am, and costumer I started making my own, and some for others.

Once you purchase a custom fitted one.. you will understand why they are worth the money. It is such a huge differance from being ok to wear your corset for 2-4 hours.. or loving to wear it all day.

I have one right now for sale that would fit you actualy.. hit me up in email if you would like to see it.

Status: offline 		Stormy Leather offers a line of corsets that are priced well below the regular SL line.  I have 2 SL corsets, and i haven't checked out the Bella Donna line (though I am considering an under bust corset for myself), so i cannot attest to the quality.  Stormy Leather is having a sale on the Bella Donna Corsets.  For those, like me, who need plus size corsets, Bella Donna DOES make corsets in larger sizes.  Here are links:

Status: offline 		A vendor from Australia just showed up on American Ebay with- underbust steel boned brocade corsets right at $60 USD. $40 is for the corset, another $20 to ship. I've had nothing but good luck with Australian vendors, maybe this will work for you passion?
