Well, here's a male sub point of view, albeit a cynical one...
The numbers are way off in the FemDom/malesub game. Lots of malesubs out there, but very few FemDoms looking for us (think of us as being like stray kittens, just without the SPCA). The only niche of FemDom where there are a significant number of Dommes looking for subs is financial slavery, so some men who are searching adapt themselves to fit the demand. Personally, i don't think it's as much a male submissive thing, as a Female Dominant thing. But, again, cynical [8D] The topic gets beaten to death on a regular basis on the Mistress forum, so i won't bother elaborating further here.
i know that there are female subs who give over all their money to their Dominant, but that seems to always be part of an all-encompassing Master/slave relationship. i suspect that if male Dominants took the "Money Dom" approach in their searching, the community stance would be "don't walk, RUN away from this joker". i think that the M/f analog would be women who want to be "kept slaves"- since they would not be working, they would have no money, and be financially dependent on the Master. Of course, there are male subs who seek this as well, but eventually we get tired of being mocked and stop talking about it [&:]
