Hi ladies,

After some discussions with my boy I feel ready to start introducing watersports to our dynamic.
I get the obvious I piss on him lol but I am looking for a bit more information about health and saftey and so on.
At the moment I am not sure I will actually be able to do it when it comes down to it I think I'll get stage fright lol.
If there are any watersports lovers out there I would be really grateful for some hints and tips

if you look up watersports, or urine in the search function, you will find scads of info. Alot in health and safety.

One thing, if you are healthy and not on medications that is good.

US Army rations (and others I suspect) have instructions that include moistening with urine if no water is available. During the civil war here in the US it was common practice to have surgery patients drink thier own urine to maintain potassium levels.

There is a device, that is kinda neat, a font that you overlay on your vagina and covers the face of your slave....I am sure you will get links to it.

Your headspace should be one of nursing mother to the slave, you offer your nectars and he nourishes........good place to start anyway.

Dear Lady. In my research, urine for the most part is sterile. Unless their are underlying problems such as HIV. It is not a health issue.My former Mistress had me perform this task in the privacy of our dungeon and discreetly in a restaurant, discuised as a white zifendell. The power trip is overwhelming. The health question is already answered, but allow me to make a few suggestions to make it a better experience.

Obviously, if all you want is a "golden shower", placing the sub in a tub or shower stall will be all you need to know.

First: to swallow or not to swallow? As the Domina, you have to decide if you want your sub to swallow your nectar. Mnottertail recommends a clever device to help keep it all in your sub's mouth. Also keep your vagina square over the sub's mouth, to prevent your stream from wandering where you hadn't planned.

Second: plan your scene with quick cleanup in mind. Accidents happen. You may release too quickly, the sub may cough, etc. Over the edge of a bath tub or toilet is one place to to do watersports. If you choose a floor or bed, be sure to have plastic sheets under the sub's head and upper torso.

Third: think gravity. If you plan to have the sub to drink directly from you, and you want to be in a reclining position, gravity is working against you. Plan on spillage, and have that plastic sheet located under your lower torso and thighs.

I also want to point out that the "mind-fuck" is as important as the physical act. Ultimately, this is a humiliation/degradation scene, and you should have several appropriate lines for yourself as you urinate on him or into him.

I do not comment on safety because it is a pet peeve subject of mine but others will and like others have already written doing a search will bring up a lot safety issues and recommendations.

One of the realities of introducing new things into a relationship is that the first or several times done do not go like we would have hoped or dreamed about. You could very well get stage fright as most of my experience on the other end this has happen more often then not. You are human and your submissive will respect that. It is the journey and not some checklist item. I cannot count on my hands and feet the number of time I heard here it comes and nothing came. ;) Patience and understanding was always there. If you do not make it a big deal your submissive will not treat it as such.

Drinks lots of water and maybe for the first time not try to make it a production event but just more of a learning experiment. With practice you will become more and more comfortable. ;)

Actually, I have been considering a piece on watersports for awhile now. Some people have no sense of humor…….or adventure! Dang, must I say it again; EVERYTHING is relative.

Sometimes, watersports is a feisty piss on a partner’s toes, while showering together. Sometimes watersports is standing back and pissing up and down a slave’s naked body; other times it is straddling their head and pissing your mark right into their hair. Sometimes watersports is for fun, sometimes it is for humiliation; sometimes it is not at all humiliating, but loving. Watersports is, or can be, so many things.

Golden Showers are watersports, whether or not spashed into a face or downed right from the font; most consider the act, at least…golden.

I like to spread a bed with a picnic tablecloth; one backed in plastic. I cover it, cloth side up on my bed, with large towels…so that the entire bed is ‘safe’. I like being able to pee with abandon, and in warm comfort, and not having to worry about cleanup. I just toss everything in a hot wash and don’t worry about things.

Anyway, my thing is that people seem to think watersports is so nasty, while I think it is so warm and intimate! I love to straddle my partner, our bodies close…while kissing him, and sitting on his belly, I might pee on him…both of us feeling the warm liquid between us, dripping down between my thighs and over his sides…puddling underneath us. Yummie!

Drinking from the font is another example I’ve enjoyed. Oddly, I can’t bring myself to swallow the stuff, but who cares? One can enjoy the feeling of taking a stream in the mouth, and not swallowing, but instead letting it run down the body…warm and wet and…well, nasty, too. I love it when a boy encourages and begs me to pee while his mouth is on me. I don’t care if he swallows or not…there are towels to catch what overflows. Again; yummie! There is something about being sucked on in that way…in being suckled; there! OMG

Anyway… newbies; keep in mind it’s all relative; start slow…don’t try to keep up with the joneses. And, enjoy!

It's one of my favorite things. If you want golden, first thing in the morning is good and strong. Nothing like waking up to my wife saying "go get in the tub." Generally, it's a Saturday morning thing and i am not allowed to rinse off and thus i wear her scent all day as i clean the house.

A funnel works very well too. It allows you to release as you normally do. You can do so standing up, or sitting in a special chair, or whatever position you are most comfortable. This is the least messy way and should ensure that he swallows all.

As others have said, drinking urine should have no adverse effects; in fact, it can be beneficial. http://skepdic.com/urine.html

Drinking lots of water is good advice and reduces the tartness in the taste. As toservez says practice and be patient. You may have difficulty releasing over him at first, but with time, his mouth becomes nothing more than a toilet and you will release very quickly. You probably remind him of that every time anyhow!! i have found that the bond between my Owner and myself is much stronger since she began this activity, and she uses me with regularity and frequently.

A simple trick to use for the first time jitters about 'not' being 'able to do it' is to pee about 2 hours beforehand into an empty plastic squirt water bottle.
You have to ice it down right away to avoid ammonia developing, but can later warm it in either a microwave or in a container of hot tap water. Wrap it with a towel to keep warm and take it with you when you play.

Blindfolding, of course, is critical if you're going to fake him out. With the sub blindfolded, lying bound on a beach towel on top of a shower curtain or rubber sheets on the bed, stand, crawl, kneel or sit above him and try to relieve yourself.

Take your time, relax, and he's bound and blindfolded and hopefully has his ears plugged anyway and won't know what's happening so you can take all the time you need. If you're not able to 'go', have the warm bottle handy that's just body temperature, (let it cool for a minute or so to be sure there are no hotspots) .

You can then assume your position and squirt at any stream you like. Silly boy will think it's all yours.

It's a good check in advance anyway, if the color or urine smell is too strong you can water it down so that he's not too turned off for a first time watersport play.

The shower/tub scene is easier for a first time, I suppose, but there's just something oh so much fun about the mindfuk fakeout. And it has much more impact on the bed where he least expects it.

Tips: No B Vitamins the day of or day before, No Vitamin C, No multiple vitamins, causes the color and smell to go off. Watch your sugar intake the day of and the day before, sugar in the urine can produce a sickeningly sweet, off smell. Asparagus, and Artichokes, are really big odor producers. Celery is a natural diuretic, so eat a few celery sticks or take a water pill an hour or two before a session which will make it MUCH easier to release for your first time.

If you're healthy, reasonably hydrated and haven't been eating any of the various foods that colour urine or make it smell, that shouldn't be a problem.

usually its the last thing we do while in the shower together

My main concern with it being ingested is not infection, it is pretty sterile in terms of microorganisms, but that it IS a waste product, it contains the nitrogenous waste urea which can be quite toxic (and ammonia more so!), so other than a few drops, I don't think it's ideal for the sub's kidneys to have to deal with the extra waste load, especially not on a regular basis. Those who have mentioned medications and food items have made valuable points also. Drink lots of water!

I don't think of golden showers as humiliation, I see it as incredibly intimate and bonding, and I would only do it (and have done it) to subs I really felt close to. One of My faves is to have them kneel in the shower facing away from the entrance ... so they aren't ready for the first gush as it wets their back and trickles down their ass ... that intake of breath just thrills Me! It's also a relatively non-threatening way to get into this for newbies ... and is a little easier for the Domme in terms of performance anxiety too! More difficult when there's an expectant little face peering up at You waiting for that magic moment! Good luck and please tell Us how it went!

I also second the poster who said don't expect everything to be perfect first off ... that's just an excuse for more practice!

I am not a doctor (hey, I don't even play one on TV) but my understanding is that ingesting urine really isn't a problem unless you have dodgy kidneys or you're drinking it in large quantities. The odd, er, bladderfull every now and again shouldn't be a problem -- there are plenty of people who drink it routinely and claim health benefits. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urine_therapy, for example.

There isn't actually much ammonia in urine but it's a decomposition product of urea, which is one of the reasons that stale urine smells so bad.

The term should is problematic. Headspace can be whatever you want.

Everything else in the post and thread is well stated, and I agree.

Urine is sterile. You can hydrate yourself for a day or two on urine alone, until it becomes so concentrated that it's actually worse for you to drink than seawater.

Thankyou all so much for the really detailed information given. The links have been really helpful and also the suggestions for doing it in the bath or other preparations like towels etc.
Toserve thank you for reasuring me about it maybe not going right first time and he not worrying about it. I guess right now thats been my biggest worry, I dont want to feel like a fool in any way. Am am very lucky to have a boy that I can absolutely laugh things off with and sit and talk things through without feeling too silly so looking at it I have no need to worry.
And Texas Maam thankyou for the water bottle idea its perfect

I'm definatly in the mindset of marking my territoy at the minute with it, and in descussions with my boy its been mainly about degradation for him , well thats what excites him about it lol.
At the minute while I get used to doing it Im not comfortable doing it in his mouth and have planned to do it over his back and the back of his head while he kisses my boots

Hopefully if it all goes well we will make it something more nurturing and something he would take orraly.
All being well as friday is our play day it should be happening then

I will let you all know how it goes.
