While some replies to how long you have been on can be annoying; I find having the date of how long I have been on a good thing. It shows you have some kind of dedication to what you are looking for. Too many I run into come and go seeking to poke fun at the "lifestyle".

Seeing how long a person has been on CM makes me ask questions like, what is wrong with them and should I reconsider their aloofness for shyness or momentary despondence? I have to admit that a new person to CM doesn't really interest me unless they have a compelling profile or have been on CM for a good while. To new to CM many are like kids in a candy store and  too long in CM can make one jaded. I like getting an idea of where I might stand with the person depending on how long they have been on CM.

It's just another pointless thing on collarme. Sure, Y/you can ignore the messages and such, but that doesn't change the fact that it's annoying when Y/you get msg like that.

The time someone's been on collarme doesn't, and shouldn't affect mine, (and shouldnt affect anyones) opinion on that person. If they've been on for a long time, they're desparate? Or not able to find what they need? Wrong. If they're new, they're a slut, or don't know about the lifestyle, etc etc? Wrong. Those are generalizations and sterotypes, and although it may be true for some, it doesn't mean it's like that for everyone.

You see this type of reply is what I meant when I posted. You said the length of time someone has been on makes you ask what is WRONG with them?

I need not say anything more; my point was made.

Perhaps they're just inducing desperation in you to get into your pants easier?
