I use a foaming facial cleaner to shave my penis, testicles and pubic area. The cleaner is medicated and I think this helps with razor burns and the bumps. I put on a good amount of hand lotion after I shave. I do think it helps to soften the skin and helps to put moisture back in it. I do shave everyday and I think it takes time for your skin to get use to being shaven.

This is my Slaves procedure (in his own words even):

If the genital hair has grown out and not been cut in several weeks, it is helpful to first cut off the excess hair with a pair of scissors as close as possible which still leaves about 1/4 inch or hair length. The next step for me to shave is pretty much the same as I would do for my facial hair. I wet down the whole pubic region and balls with warm water using a washcloth. I then apply a liberal amount of shaving creme to the same area. I use a safety razor (the same one I use for my beard) and make sure it has a razor blade that has been used at least twice on my beard so that it is not overly sharp. I shave the pubic hair first taking slow short strokes downward over the area and go over the area again with sideward and/or upward strokes to get the closest possible shave. I wash the shaving creme off of the razor frequently as I shave to ensure I can see where I am cutting. I keep a styptic pencil handy to treat any inadvertent nicks of the skin which sometimes happens.
Shaving the scrotum is basically the same with the exception you have to go a little slower and take shorter strokes as you hold the balls taunt to make the surface smooth that is being shaved. Another difference is that I make sure I apply as little pressure as possible such that the blade just barely contacts the skin. I was a bit nervous the first time I shaved this area, but I found that by just using a light touch and not rushing, that the razor would glide over the curves without cutting the skin. It takes a little experimentation, but you can find various positions that you can move the balls and where to hold them to get the various parts of the sack stretched to aid in shaving the area. I shave the base of the scrotum down to the area just above the asshole; I hold the balls up and out of the way and shave down as far as I can see by bending over and watching the head of the razor. I have only shaved the hair around my asshole once and found it very difficult to try to use a mirror to see what I was doing and found that it was pretty uncomfortable while the hair grew back

I use women's shave gel for shaving most of me; it works quite well on the face too.

I cheap out often though, and use soap in place of gel, and have not really noticed any increase in irritation, etc.

A sharp blade is most important; I like the women's version of the Schick (sp?) Quattro. Mach3/Venus work well too.

Chemical removers are not any option for the genitalia in my case...way too many rings.

Hello LotusSong, I to am a sub or slave type, I really like the way your sub explaines? I could not have said it better. I so wish i can find a Mistress like you MAM with a mistress slave type relationship. Iv been searching and searching for 2 yrs plus and cant find who i am attracted to and can click with.
