Like myself, I'm sure many of us have customer service experience. What would your response be to such a message left by a once loyal customer?

Well i'm such a technotard i couldn't get the audio to play.
 
Just lately, Dell gave me excellent service and even provided a new Windows XP disk though i was out of the warranty period.
 
Of course, i was talking to P/pl in India, so maybe that explains it.

heard worse and beleive it. Then again, my job involves death threats nearly every day from irate customers
