Nothing will motivate the Iraqi's to take control of their own situation than having the U.S. LEAVE. Common on 2008! The End of the Error. Unless, of course, he gets the bright idea that it is in the best interest of of homeland security to impose marshal law and suspend the elections. Bush did have a strategy to stay out of war.. but that was during his "service" in the 70's.
