Well, sort of...for those inquiring minds, it takes exactly 18 minutes of constant sucking and twirling of a tootsie pop to reach the center, and another 4 to get all the hard candy off of the tootsie roll....... Sorry, can't tell you how many licks.......they don't call it a sucker for nothing! [:D]
