This is one movie I have seen hundreds of times, and will always set aside whatever I am doing to watch it yet again.

Since my top favorites were mentioned (History of the World Part 1 and Blazing Saddles), I'll go with a recent laugh:

Nope, you are not the only one still waiting for History of the World Part II. I have been looking for this one since back when I was working in a small mom and pop video store. I am just now starting to think that I shall have to make do with Part I forever. *LeSigh*
