Actually I think the quote is from "Blazing Saddles" by The Governor...Mel Brooks...who after saying that placed his face into a chest of his buxom assistant and said "Hi guys I missed you last night."

The line is from both movies.

The line you're thinking of ends with,  "Hello boys!  Did you get some sleep last night?  I misssed youuuuu."

... Hmmm maybe this is why people won't let me play SCENE IT unless I play solo and everyone else has teams.

Oh my gosh! The bear, Miss Chocolate, has left me her poop! It's her crap! It was just in her butt and it's still warm! This is a gift from Miss Chocolate!

Actually one of my favorites is not a line but a song.  It comes from "Space Balls" .  They are at a diner and John Hurt recreats his famous "Alien" chest busting scene.  The little alien comes out, put on a straw hat and cane and does a dance singing "Hello My Rag Time Gal" across the bar.  "Check Please".

That was a great moment.  I'm not a Dune fanatic.  But the story and Lynch's movie really draw me in, and when his sister declares this, it gives me goose bumps.

"Aw, baby, you're bleeeding!"

Michigan J. Frog,  a character who was featured in only one 1955 cartoon up until that parody was used in Spaceballs,  has really put his webbed fingers in a lot of pots.  He went on to become the mascot for the WB network.  He was parodied in Space Balls,  The Simpsons,  South Park, etc etc etc.  Even one of the limited edition pets in the World of Warcraft mimics him when it dances.

Quite a resume for a character whose voice actor is still a matter of debate as several people have been credited with doing the voice work.

John Winger: C'mon, it's Czechoslovakia. We zip in, we pick 'em up, we zip right out again. We're not going to Moscow. It's Czechoslovakia. It's like we're going into Wisconsin.
Russell Ziskey: Well, I got the shit kicked out of me in Wisconsin once. Forget it.

Cleric: And Saint Attila raised the Hand Grenade up on high, saying, "O Lord, bless this Thy Hand Grenade that, with it, Thou mayest blow Thine enemies into tiny bits... in Thy mercy."  "And the Lord did grin, and the people did feast upon the lambs, and sloths, and carp, and anchovies, and orangutans, and breakfast cereals, and fruit bats, and large chu — "
Brother Maynard: Skip a bit, Brother.
Cleric: And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once at the number three, being the third number be reached, then, lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it."
Brother Maynard: Amen.                  - Michael Palin and Eric Idle,  Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)

Both films are chock full of quotes and I could "entertain" (i.e. torture) you all with renditions of them for the entire night.  [:D]
