I am in negotiations with a "slave". She is interested in exploring enforced lactation. However I would like her to have her nipples pierced. Would having her nipples pierced interfere with her enforced lactation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated by us both. Thankyou. Iain.

Piercing the nipples have no physical effect on lactation, forced or not. Milk is produced in the mammary glands and delivered to the nipples thru a duct system. Piercing merely makes another set of holes in the end of that duct system. In case you are not aware, there are about 15 to 20 holes already at the "business end" of the nipple, not just one. Once she is lactating (through hormones or natural substances and other techniques), there are two physical things that make milk "let down" from the production side to flow to the delivery side (trying to keep it non-technical - LOL). One is the suckling of the nipple. The entire nipple must be taken in, and the mouth pressed around the outside skin (or as much of the nipple as possible). You cannot just suck on the part that protrudes. The other thing is massaging the breasts, stroking from high on the chest and on the sides firmly towards the nipples. As you can see, piercing the protruding bits of the nipple will have no effect on either of these things. But I don't know if women who are in forced lactation can do that, or if that's pretty much the domain of women following birth. But I do know it startled the hell out of me the first time I, errrmmmm, squirted my husband in the face with breastmilk when I came. I'm pretty sure he was startled too. I dont like nursing on chrome, you could be different, I dont want nothing between me and my nipples. Mr Whipple

Actually, I have a friend who is missing about a third of one of her breasts because the scar tissue from her piercing blocked a milk duct and led to a severe infection that had to be surgically excised. My own daughter in law also just had to stop nursing her newborn last week due to the same issue.

greetings mastertarlthered, in general, as far as i know, it is possible to lactate just fine with piercings in. she may wish to wait until the piercings have healed pretty well, though, which can take up to a year or two (i've had mine in for a little over a year now and they're just getting to the point where i am thinking more seriously about lactation because it is a kink of ours as well). this was also a concern of mine when i first got my nipples pierced. i would recommend being very careful in choosing a piercer, and trying to find a kink-friendly piercer. we were lucky enough to have a local piercer who is kink-friendly, very good at what he does, and also a nurse, so familiar with some of the medical issues. that way if anything comes up or you have concerns, you can talk to your piercer about it. also of course make sure your slave is comfortable talking to her doctor should any issues arise. one thing to keep in mind is the type of jewelry. straight or curved barbells are usually recommended for new piercings and should stay in until the piercings are at least partially healed, but i've found that some men do not enjoy sucking with those - i'm planning to switch to hoops soon for that reason, actually. still, it's best to keep barbells in for awhile when she first gets the piercings, so keeping in mind that that may interfere with your desire/ability to suck for at least 6-8 weeks if not longer (if she's like me and a slow healer) is a good idea. respectfully, annabelle.
