I don't think that acting out your fantasy of beating until blood while offended is such a good idea. Actually I don't think striking anyone until bloody because you're offended is such a good idea.

I would not even sell you the cane ..To hit in anger ?til bloody ?Do you even know how to strike with a cane ? I'm really close by.  Why don't you come visit, and I will be happy to teach you about caning.

i am curious good Madame ....... have YOU ever been hit/beat/smacked/kicked as the result of another's anger ....... or even more ludicrous, simply because YOU affronted another??

I've caused bleeding during caning a few times...  Each time I felt a moment's concern at the first bit and once seeing that the sub was fine I felt fine and just went on with things.

As for when to do it, it would depend on your relationship and the limits and abilities of your sub.  I'm going to just assume that you know they'd be able to take it alright and have some experience in these areas, etc.

Edited to add:  And I'm just going to assume that by "when he/she really offended me" you mean as part of discipline/punishment but NOT uncontrolled anger.

Ok I know I may get flamed on this one and thats fine. First of all the Op is 20 years old. Secondly, anyone with an ounce of self respect would never strike in anger and/or bloody someone.

While I agree with the anger comment, blood-play of various types are a pretty common kink and/or within limits for some.  If it's not your thing, fine, but it is for others.

Red flags.  After reading the other thread, I have come to the conclusion that this one is probably fantaszing. 
First of all, one should never strike in anger. One should never punish in anger eiher. 
I certainly would not talk about what I do to my son on a message board such as this one.
I never woke up one day and realized I was a Domme.  One day I picked up a crop and used it, and wow.  That was it. 

If you are having visions of blood, there may be a pshycological aspect to that.   I don't think of it that way in the least.

Blood play yes but I specified striking in anger....I know lots of folks into blood play but it is a heck of alot different than doing it in anger.

To the OP:  I have had many foolish subs/slaves offer to let me take my frustrations out on them.  My answer is always NO.  I would never punish a sub while truley angry - waaaay too dangerous.  The few times I've administered corporal punishment because I had been angered by someone's actions Iwaited until I had calmed down.  You're a dangerous girl and if any of the male subs/slaves on this site give into you because you look good, they will get exactly what they deserve.

Hitting someone until they bleed because your angry or just because? i'd have to pass you on that. That is way more extreme than most people would like, i would assume. If my Dom ever hit me until i bled because he was angry, that would be the end of it. i'd immediantly find someone else only because i have bad anger issues and he's helping me work on them in a positive way.

If the OP wants to strike someone in anger, then she needs to take anger management classes; that also can make her an abuser, which is dangerious.
 
I have been involved in play with a cane where my ass ended up bleeding a bit, I was so far into subspace that I was not able to safeword, and once my partner saw the blood he stopped all play, untied me and started with aftercare immediatly; my ass was sore for days afterwards, I avoided logn periods of driving and sitting.
 
Ditto what the others have said, that they are a bit offended by the OP; she is 20 and already has the title 'Mistress' WOW, she must have had some life to be a mistress at sucha  young age, yet, she asks a question like this?!  Something doesn't smell right.

You have zero experience yet you propose as one of your first actions to do damage to someone with no knowledge of how to minimize the damage, where to hit safely, how much force to use etc.

The really scary thing here is that some poor male sub will volunteer to allow you to mess them up permanently because you put the word mistress in front of your name.
