I make it up right after I wash my sheets and blankets then before I get in bed at night, but I up the blankets up when I get out; I have mastered the art of getting out my bed without disturbing the covers though. [:D]

I never sleep under any sheets, just over a mattress warmer and a fitted sheet.

I don't bother with making the bed I see no point in it. Aside from putting a fitted sheet on the matress protector that is.

i always make up my bed when i get up in the morning, which doesn't take much, since i barely disturb the bedding while i sleep...if i don't make it up, Spike the Amazing Wonder Dog gets the sheets all icky & hairy--gross!!!

I make my bed every morning because I live in one room and the bed is the only place to sit, except for one chair at the computer. When friends pop in to visit, I don't want them sitting on my unmade bed. jen

I'm a neat freak and used to make my bed every day once the kids got old enough to let me get some sleep. After my divorce, I got very extravagant with a canopy bed and LOVED it. I absolutely love the man I'm married to now, but he tears up the bed something awful. He also lets the dog sleep with us (something I never allowed before), so it has almost become an exercise in futility. My final solution was to cut the top sheet and blanket right down the middle and put a twin sized quilt on each side. If company comes, I pull out the "good" bedspread and make my bed the proper way. Regardless of whether or not I make the bed, my dogs find their way under the covers. I only make it when I change the sheets - every other day.

Since I live alone at the moment and am extremely busy, I make it once a week when the sheets are washed. Daily? Nuh uh

Not sure now what you mean by make up the bed?..My bed always has sheets and blankets upon it..but when I get up at the last minute in the AM to go to work..the covers have that thrown back look, and is never in a made up formal mode, except when company comes and I wish to show off the house..and by company I do not mean family or close friends..~wink~..Tempting

feeling slightly like the odd one out There wasn't an option appropriate for me............ i make my bed all up and then take my great big comfortable favorite satin comforter and sleep on top of the bed.....i've done this since i was 16...Not a big fan of sleep in beds.... Kali
