subinsa71 -> Bondage photos & US law (11/28/2007 7:25:50 AM)

Collarme is not able to approve my new photo.

"Reason: Due to recent changes in U.S. law regarding adult content, many photographs containing persons in bondage cannot be approved at this time."

Anyone know what this law is?

I am not so sure it is actual changes but the Republican nutjobs have put Christian wackos in charge of the Justice Department and the FCC and they are cracking down on what they consider "obscenity".  So Rush Limbagh calling soldiers fake if they don't support Republicans isn't obscene but saying "fuck" on the air is.

RCdc -> RE: Bondage photos & US law (11/28/2007 7:55:26 AM)

It could have to do with 2257, or the anti pornography content laws to protect children who may be able to view sexually explicit material.

Republicans rule yes yes :) them demo nats  suck   cause they are water colored based people just get them wet and they all wash away.

    As for church and Christianity  this country was founded on religious freedoms
people seem to forget heritage. Maybe that is why they make so many Mistakes
People have to keep relearning the hard lessons of the past.. that is to time comsuming for me.

     plus look at this way if you let everyone see someone all tied up Well it kinda of like  gets boring after a few thousand pics

I havent read up on anything recent but I do know that although it is perfectly legal to show someone tied up there are a lot of limitiations on what you can show along with someone being tied up.  For instance you being tied up is fine ... you being tied up blowing three guys is not fine. You being tied up is fine but you taking a baseball bat is not fine.  You being tortured may be fine but add a four guys jerking off on you at the same time is not fine.  That sort of stuff.  You come up against a lot of fine lines with some of the newer (as in last 10 years) laws. For instance the movie American Dream (I think thats the name of it) a comedy where a guy chases after his daughters friends and gets shot by the neighbor at the end violates the child pornography laws (as it play on HBO this month) yet the Feds are not addressing it because of the whole context of the movie and it being main stream. The laws are so confusing / stupid that anyone having any kind of adult site is caught up in a huge amount of BS.  There is a reason  why there are not many sites like this one to begin with that being that the overhead of having to police everything is a real bitch and my hat is definatly off to whoever owns / manages this site. This is where us as users have to be closed mouthed and compliant with the owners of the site because they have to protect themselves and we as users of the site must support that or all of this can be taken away by a third pary that has no consideration for our lifestyle, thoughts or feelings because they know that we will not put our wallets or votes up for the fight.

beltainefaerie -> RE: Bondage photos & US law (11/28/2007 2:56:48 PM)

I have yet to figure out why they accept or deny pictures.  I have tried to put several up.  They really haven't given me much reason.  I wondered at first if it had to do with the fact my face wasn't in them, but I see many pictures like that, so that must not be it.  Anyway, I love your rope harness picture.  As to a recent change in law, I think it is the anti-pornography law that others have mentioned.
