FWIW, I've always wondered why if everything *did* change after 9/11, we *haven't* adopted a Bomb Squad response to any unattended bags or packages. ( Well, after the Centennial Park bombing in Atlanta in 96, actually... )

Maybe the retard who thought this up will stop playing games like this after the Bomb Squad gets called out to respond a few times.
