I've found in my experience, that yes, my lack of self confidence interferes with my obedience.

There have been times where I've been ordered say to strip down completely, and say there will be someone I know there, or the like, and I'll start refusing or trying to talk Mistress out of her command.
Knowing of course full well that there is no way to convince her otherwise.

But being ashamed of my body, cause i'm chubby and feeling very self conscious, it makes me too timid to obey.

Do you think that if Mistress found you unappealing that She would keep you around? Dwell on what You bring Mistress that She finds appealing, and build on that. Perhaps Your discomfort tickles Her. just a thought.

She absolutely hates my insecurity, but its something that goes so deep within me that its not just something I can kinda look past you know?

I'm trying to deal with it, and I find the more that Mistress makes me feel special to her, and be her number one, I start to feel more confident about myself.

No way. I think it takes an enourmous amount of confidence to submit. And Doms worth their salt aren't really looking for the doormats; That's not to say that there aren't Doms out there who are seeking supplicant girls. The point is for me, I would only submit to a man with a innate sense of confidence. If he wasn't confident, then there wouldn't be much of a point.

A "Dom" who's satisfied with any girl who'll submit to him isn't for me. I'm a shrew; I'm firey, tempered, a fighter. I'm not exactly every Dom's dream. I happened to be exactly right for Sir though.
