I figure it would be best to introduce myself, so... Hi everyone... I am an Intellectual Dominant Male hailing from the fine state of VA (sort of... i live there now)... just saying hey... Im sure you will all come to love/loathe me in no time...

Someone messaged my friend on yahoo last night, and asked her where he knew her from...then he mentioned this website...she joined right away....and I joined this morning.

o ok, cool... so how long have you been into the scene... In my own mind I've been interested for years... I've only been into the scene for about a yr.

I've been interested ever since I lost my virginity....because the guy told me what to do, and how to do it...I liked that.

I've been into the scene for a year or so....I have a lot of poly friends, and they're always trying to help me figure myself out.

That's cool. I wish more of my friends were into the whole scene. All of my guy friends think it will somehow lead them to be gay somehow ( how i dunno) and the majority of my lady friends are prudes... although there are a few that might be up for it... Yea I would say that my interest in the Dom side of the coin comes from my brainwashing as a child. I watched one too many old sitcoms where the wife does what the husband says and nothing different...i guess i kinda ran with it from there... My sub curiosity mostly comes from the fact that I am sort of a leader and folks are always looking for me to tell then what to do. So the idea of being helpless intrigues me...

People who believe the lifestyle will lead to their "being gay" are extremely closed minded...and sad to say, there's no use in explaining it to them. My most recent ex boyfriend(we were together for two years) couldn't understand my desire to be dominated, and couldn't understand my need for multiple partners...therefore it didn't work out. I can't explain why I need to have multiple partners, or why I need to be told what to do...it's just what I like. I have dom tendancies..as I'm very outspoken and strong willed....but when it all boils down....I couldn't dom a kitten. I'm a big softie, and I love it to no end. I just want someone who will love me, and dominate me lovingly. Someone who will touch me gently and tell me what to do.

Yea, I've tried to bring girlfriends into the scene in the past and its really only worked out once... (thank goodness for non threatening bondage tape...lol) So your in richmond...sorry i had to check your profile... I know a few folks up there... i have to ask... are you from richmond or henrico...lol?

Grew up in Henrico with my parents....moved out when I was 19, and now I live in the West End.
