It really hasn't occurred to me, but I have never seen, met, or even heard of a male pro-domme. Female/ male pro-subs are rare but I have seen them on occassion.
I'm not sure what to make of this obvious revelation that is totally new to me, but I find it quite intriguing. My initial conclusion is that most frequent clients fall into two categories, 1 - men who are far more likely to act upon their impulses than women and 2 - women who are far more likely to trust other women in the area of exploration than they are to trust men.
On a final note, individuals who are in "the hobby" frequently venture into the D/s arena. (In other words, in-call prostitutes will play fetish games as well.) That said, I have never been sure how to feel about prostitutes and I do view them differently than I do pro-dommes. I have been to 4 different pro-dommes and took great pleasure in the services they offered. I view escort services differently and I'm really not sure as to why.
In looking back, I don't know that I answered any questions to others and I know that I have raised many questions to myself. I don't know that this post is worthy of stating, but I don't think it is worthy of deletion either.
