Status: offline 		So I'm bored and I've heard of this being refrenced from another site of friends of mine...so I figured I'd ask.

What would you say would be the pro's and con's of a house made of 5 ppl, slaves and masters? All living together and living the 24/7 lifestyle.

The idea sounds wondeful in itself if you all get to know each other before hand, but lets actually scratch the surface.

Status: offline 		Sounds like any situation with 5 adults together- you don't specify whether their 24/7 relationships would be WITH eachother. 

It would be very complicated in some ways, so likely if it had any chance of survival, most of them would be easy going and have general overall respect for everyone.

But really, them being a certain orientation doesn't mean much when it comes to just living out life together.  Most Ms relationships look like vanilla ones at least 90% of the time.

That's true it would be more of the balance of a poly household with BDSM in it with (hopefully) some serious structure.

But come on, LA: you know this would be a great reality show and you can be the production manager!

Unless it's basically a fluid family, I see major issues coming up. /avoid

Yeah that was some kinky show! And the guideline for all of us in Power Exchange relationships.
Then there was Good Times, I think they had five people too.

It sounds fun, i'd totally have that show on DVR and watch religiously...(oh yeah, like i need more stuff to dvr)

Edited to add: Oh, damn i totally passed by the actual OP....

It would depend on how it was set up. If it were just room mates who all happened to be M/s then it could be cool and less drama i would guess (i have no knowledge of poly)...i'm sure there'd still be a fair share of drama though.

Could be cool though....if you like living with a bunch of people and if all of the personalities got along.

Status: offline 		I used to live in the dorms and we had lots of people (and plenty of room).  If you have enough space, it was easy to avoid people you didn't like, and hang around those that you did.

Realistically, everyone would have to commit to the idea for it to have a ghost of a chance.

It sounds like extreme conflict can occur.. Who owns who? What are the rules? Bitching amongst slaves, bickering amoung Dominants, oooh and my favorite, subs fighting for attention as the the Dominants fight for their slaves... what a show...

Status: offline 		I have friends that are two M/s couples that live together with common rules ect in one big house. They all work ect and get along very well. Last year, ( if memory serves me correctly) they got a houseslave that does nothing more than cooks, cleans, and serves as ordered and does not work outside the home. It works well for them...

Well, take 5 people of ANY orientation; put them in a house together. How do you think THEY would fare?
