As a submissive male for all my past Dominæ, I have a significant amount of experience with offering my mouth for total “Immaculate Body Service” (IBS), as this is being called nowadays.
Introduction: I feel that this is the highest form of Goddess Worship that a submissive male can offer for his Domina. IBS is a very spiritual thing with a Domina for me. For, I consider it a Holy Sacrament to ingest a Goddess’s excrements — Her piss and shit. I found it is truly a wonderfully mutually empowering experience for both Domina and Her submissive. Nothing is more mutually loving and nurturing than a Domina who nourishes Her submissive regularly this way, I feel. It’s a great way for a Domina to control and rule Her submissive from the inside out, even down to his cellular level. I found that it builds profound bond of love and trust over time that simply cannot be duplicated in any other sort of sensual fashion. I have noted that one of the main benefits that a Domina can hope to achieve from practicing IBS with Her submissive over time is that She will feel utterly invincible with a sort of [quiet/serene] natural confidence in life that few Women will ever know. So if you are seeking the ultimate in Female Empowerment, this practice is definitely it. If there is anything more submissive than this, I want to know about it, for I am ready to try that also with a Goddess. However, the only thing that I can think of that is more submissive than eating a Goddess’s shit, is to literally sacrifice one’s life for Her. So, this is the closest thing one can get to in the ultimate in Femdom dominance and submission practices.
Here are some of my suggestions for IBS services (or eating a Goddess’s shit & piss) that I follow for myself:
1. I only engage into a strictly committed and monogamous relationship with a Domina, as I have no defense against STDs when offering my mouth for full IBS services for a Domina. I am extremely careful about whom I get into a committed relationship with. I will not commit to active alcoholics or drug addicts. A drinking or drugging Domina is a total no-no if you are really into this sort of thing. Also polyamory, cuckolding, swinging and “scene-life” are out of the picture as well. Polygamy is ok, as long as it is a closed relationship though. Mutual fluid bondage is a critical must in Femdom IBS practices.
2. Go slow with this sort of thing at first, as it can take some time to build up some tolerance for this sort of thing. Also, I am totally convinced of the homeopathic effects of when I eat piss and shit from a Domina over time in the long run. However, once a good tolerance is achieved, the ritual needs to continue regularly occurring for the homeopathic benefits that I have described to remain in effect for the submissive.
3. For the submissive, when drinking piss directly from a Domina on Her first time, be patient, and just allow Her to relax over time until She can let go and let Her pee naturally flow out of Herself into your mouth. On Her first few times, I do not allow my lips to touch Her Labia, until She gets used to my mouth being down there, as sexual excitement will prevent Her urine flow at first, if She is not experienced. Once She is use to my mouth being there, then I can seal my lips to Her Labia and never miss a drop of Her Precious Nectar after that. It is claimed that pee is sterile; but, who knows. I am not a lab tech, and I have never performed scientific experiments with piss before. Also, I will attest, to the fact that I have never once gotten sick from drinking a Domina’s piss. 4. With eating Her shit, I simply ask or coach Her to go slow for me the first few times, or use a tapping or other signal system so that She will give me an opportunity to chew and swallow Her shit before giving me more, as I don’t like to be messy about scat eating. I never seek to embarrass my Domina when eating Her shit; instead, I seek to successfully eat Her shit, which is the whole point in the first place. I admit that I like savoring it, as it really gives a Domina a real power-trip when She knows I am savoring Her shit. Also, once you get some practice under your belt with it, then She can give you permission when you are allowed to swallow it. Needless to say, I will stop at nothing to empower a Domina that I am in love with. For, in my opinion, I feel that nothing in life is more important than Goddess worship!
As for me, I am not a self-seeking sub who is into humiliation practices here. Instead, I am into this solely as the supreme act of Goddess worship and centering my life upon my Domina and Her Will for me. So, it is never humiliating for me to have the privilege to eat a Domina’s shit.
Also, while She is shitting into my mouth, I totally seal my mouth onto Her asshole, as it is way easier to directly take Her shit into my mouth without gagging if there is less direct odor, I found out. Gagging is so embarrassing for me or for the Domina, who wants to come to believe that Her shit is the sweetest most desirable shit on all the planet. However, it is true that sometimes gagging happens, until you get used to it. I admit that eating a Domina’s shit can be very difficult and challenging sometimes. However, it is totally worth the experience if you are willing to make all effort for Her. You will not regret it, I promise. For, this is the most intimate thing you can ever do for Her. Also, many easy-chair speculators and spectators have claimed that shit eating carries risks; and, I am certain that it could. So, the real truth is that a Woman’s body is just not as poisonous and toxic as media lackeys want to make it out to be. In fact, Women give life with their bodies, so if they were so toxic in the first place, then how is it that they can give life with their bodies the way they do?? Go figure again.
However, if you are with a Domina who is STD free and has no other health problems like parasites or other communicable diseases, etc, and who is not a active drug addict or alcoholic, then I found this practice to be totally safe for the submissive male, as I fully attest to the fact that I have never once gotten sick from eating a Domina’s shit. In fact, eating a Domina's shit and piss makes me feel absolutely great, like a new man!! Like I said before, I would swear that it has a homeopathic effect on me over time that makes me more resistant to disease and infection in the long run. However, I cannot prove that for a fact either.
Also, it would be a no-no to not immediately consume Her shit, as if it were left out to ferment for any length of time, I can see where it could become extremely dangerous to eat, indeed. However, as a submissive, if you are smart about it and take the proper precautions, and you have no health problems yourself, then you should be able to successfully eat a Domina’s shit with no ill side-effects, as I have done with all my former Dominæ in life. Also, I will mention that the only health problem that I have is that I am a type II diabetic, and I have never yet had any problems with eating a Domina’s shit in my life. However, I also am one who takes good care of his health also.
5. Avoid being messy at all costs. Don’t embarrass your Domina. Show Her that You appreciate eating Her shit and piss by eating and drinking it all. Don’t self-seek with your Domina for your petty selfish ideas about humiliation. Instead, do this service for Her as the ultimate act of Goddess worship and surrender to Her. Let Her know that it is never humiliating for you to humble yourself in full toilet service for Her Divine Majesty like this. She will more likely be willing to offer Her Holy Sacraments to you more often if you are neat and tidy about your efforts to properly service Her. Even if you are somewhat inexperienced or clumsy about it, at least do your best for Her.
I think more Dominæ would get into this most ultimate form of Goddess worship, if subs and slaves did not embarrass them about it, or behave in a messy fashion about it. The rule of thumb that I follow is: "a cleanly sub equals a really dirty sex life, whereas a dirty sub equals a really sterile sex life or no sex life at all"!
Remember that a Domina’s shit and piss are not play toys for your cheap thrill-seeking amusement; instead, regard Her shit and piss as the Holy Sacraments of the Goddess that they are! Treat Her like a Religion when She is giving you Holy Communion from Her Holy Body Temple like this. Properly show reverence for your Goddess at all times.
6. Find a decent search engine on the internet and look up Mistress Kendra Knight’s website, as She has the best written article that I have ever read on shit eating and toilet slavery. She seems to know what She is doing and talking about, based on Her level of detail on the subject that is contained within Her article. 7. Finally, kneel afterwards and humbly thank your Domina for the privilege of eating Her piss and shit. Show some gratitude to Her and for Her willingness to nourish you with Her Body Temple, and She will more likely to offer you this sort of Goddess Sacrament/Femdom practice more regularly. That has been my personal experience with it.
8. One other thing that I do concerning shit eating that I feel helps me to keep it down after I have eaten my Domina’s shit. Before I eat it, I normally take a glass of water with some baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in it, so that I can super-stabilize my stomach. Sometimes, I even drink some more baking soda water afterward, which helps at least, until you can get some internal tolerance for eating Her shit. An alka-seltzer would probably work too, I suppose, but I just use baking soda. Also, if you are concerned about an over-abundance of bacteria in your system, then you can take some garlic tablets, as garlic is a naturally mild antibiotic. Also, a multi-B vitamin will also help you with proper metabolism of Her shit also.
Final Notes: As a submissive male, you offer a very emotionally valuable and empowering service for a Domina when you eat Her piss and shit. People who think that this is gross are ignorant, silly and childish, really, as they are still barely learning how to put a penis into a Vagina, which is so trite, boring and worn-out by now in our latent patriarchal culture. So, IBS is definitely “advanced theory sensuality” here. I feel this Femdom practice totally separates the men from the boys. So, IBS practices and services for your Domina offer a great alternative to the old boring humdrums of patriarchy, vanilla-phuck lifestyles and sperm-blasting culture.
