I'd like to point out a program I've seen lately that's rather helpful if you're into watching videos online. TubeHunter Ultra is a program which, when open, will prompt you for permission to download videos when you view them online. So, if you go to YouTube and click on a video, it'll ask you if you'd like to download this video. You can simply turn off the program when you don't want this prompt to occur, as it can be annoying when you don't want to download anything. This particular program is free to try for 30 days (no credit card or account needed), and $29.95 to buy. There are at least several other alternatives to this program which can do similar things, this just happens to be the one I've tried and found to work well for me. It should also be noted that it doesn't work with all videos, but many (as I just got the Zeitgeist Movie, which was linked on another thread, just fine with this program). This thread is not meant as an advertisement, but simply informing readers of a tool which I believe may be helpful to their normal activities. Edit: I'd like to note that this is not a fileshare-like program. To the best of my knowledge, it is not illegal (as it's covered under archieving) unless the source tells you that it doesn't want the video downloaded and as long as you don't go distributing it. Again, to the best of my knowledge; I'm not a lawyer.
