Status: offline 		Please excuse the explicit nature of this post. When a domme presents her 'gift' to a toilet slave, does she control the rate of delivery to suit or must the slave learn to accept it as quickly as possible?

Yep!

It can vary based on many factors, desires and ability of the person to control it.

On the receiving end pretty much the same thing. More experience the faster you can take it but still usually up to how your dominant wants you to do it once you are first able to handle it any way.

Status: offline 		I agree that is what we are there for. Obviously there are times and places where it benefits the dominant not to have their submissive or location in need of time consuming cleanup but that is up to them.

Status: offline 		Without a doubt Mistress enjoys playing games with me in varying her flow as she trains me to take it increasingly faster to meet her more urgent needs.  Sometimes she'll purposely slow it down so I can readily keep up.  At other times she'll intentionally play with increasing it so I can't keep up and it runs down my front then begin dribbling it and suddenly squirting it real fast again to catch me off guard.  I think she really likes hearing my gulps get louder as I begin to struggle to keep up with the increasing flow.  She's can be quite the sadist in that regard and definitely has a lot of fun with it when she wants to; sometimes just to see how far she can push me to keep up, and then decide to douse me instead with what she has left!  Regardless of how you look at it, as far as I'm concerned, it's all good fun for us!

it is a great honor to be a toilet slave for my queen mistress i will take all her gift fast it was or slow and i will eat it all and ask for more it tastes great
what the slave needs in his life more than getting his queen mistress pee and shit i dont think he needs anything than that in his doggy life

do it mistress slow or fast the dogs will get it and if they dont am here treat me as a public toilet for mistress(s)

Perhaps by opening lots of pea pods, you might find your special 2nd "pee in a pod" to go along with you tastes??  
 
Alternatively, try eating at a variety of Chinese Restaurants.  I hear lots of pee pods can be found there!   You'd also be in the close proximity to what you desire.
