So do you think its okay to stop and question someone who is behaving suspicious or not ?  i didnt see the word "uppity" Anywhere except your post. It may have been heavy handed, it may have been over the top, but it certainly wasnt racial.

I hope the courts make people who bring frivolous cases like this to court, pay for all the costs. In the long run its your money they are wasting.
