The best I can suggest that is similar to here, would be www.informedconsent.co.uk.
It has a message board and lists of groups, munches and clubs.

www.informedconsent.co.uk, www.slaveregister.com are both run by Tanos. These do not have anything to do with www.bondage.com. IC is a good source for UK based people though and has a great section for UK events.

You might find www.Bondage.com useful, or www.Alt.com. Not sure that's U.K based but has a lot of people from England who use it and you can search the specif city or twon you're from to find people.
