Hi fellow submissives...i posted this under the bondage gear thread, but didn't get much of a response...so i'm hoping the shoppers among us here can help out :)... my Master and i are headed to a fetish ball for Halloween...i'm looking for some quality sites for fetish costumes...anyone that can help point me in the right direction?

Where would you purchase a costume if you were vanilla? Same places. This place has absolutely wonderful costumes at dirt cheap prices. Latex or rubber...no leather that I know of though. All for usually under 30 a costume. Of course they are not custom fit. But, if you buy them from here you can own 10 for the price of one. http://www.funcorner.com/

I actually rarely wear fetish costumes, but if you check out the great links already provided on the bondage gear threads about corsets and such you will see some good possibilities there. You can nick my idea- white tshirt, jeans and sneakers (something I NEVER wear to a party) with "Heterosexual, Monogamous, Vanilla" on the shirt. The thing with costumes is that there is SO much to choose from and create- are you looking for a theme like pearls or rhinestones, or a color like red or blue, or a person like a vampire or a gangster or a playboy bunny, or a concept like sweet or intense? You can either just simply look at everything and piece things together from that, or you can get an idea of what you want and then let your mind flow. Just think of all the amazing costume creations you can come with just starting with the word "ROSE" and not step foot in a single fetish shop. Engines running...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that starts planning for Halloween in August! It's my absolute favorite holiday. If it's independently owned, often times they're happy to make something to suit you. (I only recommend this if you'll wear it more than once. It tends to be pricey.) Oddly enough, check Goodwill, too. I found a gorgeous suede corset there once for $3.00. You never know what you can find and modify. Happy Halloween Hunting!

That costume store is open all year round. One of the few outside of Hollywood that is. Last year I asked the owner why they didn't have a better site. He told me with over 30,000 costumes they hadn't taken photo's of all yet. They also do custom work. Most though are of good quality right off the shelf. If you want something they don't have they will make it for you though. Cheap I must re-iterate CHEAP. Especially compared to any sort of fetish shop.

I'm with some others. Make them up, piece them together, def. use your imagination. I do end up wearing a lot of fetish type costumes, since I do a Fetish Night at one of my shows every month, all with a different theme.... Pretty much anything can be turned into fetish though. Find out what you and your master want you to "go as" think kink it out. hand cuffs, ropes... corset, rubber latex, liquid latex, body paint. Also to get it "just right" I'll make the costumes, or part of them, or alter them. If you aren't handy with a sewing machine, you may have a kinky friend or aquaintence near that can help. The costumes can be a lot of fun. We are based very much in reality.... but geez... everyone has imagination, or should....smiles... Tempest's pet jennifer

Do you sew? If so, check out the patterns at JoAnn's when they are having their 99 cent sale. You would be suprised at how many patterns can be adapted and used as fetish wear...and how many of the Halloween costumes work just as they are for fetishwear. best regards, fate

LOL...no...my domestic skills are certainly lacking, so sewing isn't a pretty option[:D]. i haven't had a chance to preview these sites, but i wanted to say thanks!
