This really happened and I had to share it with people who would understand.

I started going to a counselor to get help managing hormone related mood swings. He said he learned about something in college that he does occasionaly and wanted to try it with me. He asked if I was familiar with CBT.

Well, I about just quit breathing trying to not laugh. I said something along the lines of "Well, you're the doctor - if you feel it would help, OK. I'm willing to try it. I must say - that is real dedication to your work!"

He then explained that in psychology, CBT was short for "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy."

I know, I have OCD and did CBT in that meaning for a while,,,,,always made Me piss My pants laughing, lol
