What types of discipline or punishment do you expect if you disobey an order or command?

hi

if i outright disobey an order or command then i am usually sent to the cage to reflect on why i disobeyed, this gives me time to think about why i disobeyed Him and we will then talk this through, i expect further discipline such as being caned as this gives me redemption and i can put it behind me and start again anew

i think communication is important because for me personally to disobey a direct command/order most times when i have it has been because i have not understood or have been scared, and as Master say's He cant read my mind if i dont talk to Him

Discipline would be to spank my ass for being a smartass.
Punnishment would be...hiding the mirrors in the house, I've never passed one without stopping for a few mins and fawning over myself![:D]

To me there is...lol. Discipline is something usually done in play. Punishment is the real thing and there is a reason behind it, whereas for discipline, there doesn't have to be a reason other than his whim.

Punishment is a type of discipline. Discipline is simply controlled behavior. Punishment is a specific method (among many) of trying to acheive overall discipline.

Ultimately disobedience leads to release.

i was just talking about this with someone today and displience ans well as punishiment it a type of attitude correction. As least what we figured out.

If I disobeyed a direct order or command I would expect to be released. (I would not exhibit that behavior)

Yes, there is a difference between discipline and punishment. Discipline is something that can be done on a regular basis to keep you fit and adjusted to the lifestyle. Punishment implies that the sub/slave has done something wrong. Usually I am punished physically.

ummmmmm punishment is for something done terribly wrong. (like being sneaky and getting caught) Which i am PROUD to say hasnt happened in oh so very very long. Which is ummm.. very unpleasant. Usually physical.

Discipline is usually over an error on my part that isnt severe. Which doesnt result in physical punishment, but other things i dont particularly like. Getting mouthy or an attitude, usually results in being told to plug up. Not having my shoes on properly, results in them being locked on for ages upon ages. Taking play too far, usually results in his playful mood changing to not so happy mood and play stopping. things like that

To me discipline is different from punishment. When i am disciplined it is usually a form of meditation alone. i would be sent to a corner or other place where i wouldn't be distracted to reflect on my actions. i see punishment as something given for disobedience or for something that i do repeatedly that is undesired. Recently i left the hose on in the back yard and did forgot to shut it off. Well, i woke up the next morning and realized what i had done and shut it off immediately. This happens to be the second time i had done this and i felt terrible about it. my biggest mistake was not telling Master what i had done. So my punishment was to kneel on uncooked rice. Lets just say i will NEVER forget to turn the hose off again. Shame on me ::: spanks myself :::
