um that is not true  There is a mag called DDI that is put out by the great Mistress Antonetta she rules any how it covers international domes and the percentages are about the same UK domme are a little different mind set more strict lot of time of times

DDI is not put out by Mistress Antoinette, but the lovely folk who do run also host a website with links to who is advertising at the moment.

No wonder - looking at the level of cleanliness and hygiene of public bathrooms in the US vs. the Old World. Who wouldn't be more eager to find suitable bathroom alternatives?
