There are many places to find jell strap-ons.  When I was looking i hit online sites first and local stores that had web-sites

Try your local "adult" shop and see if they stock the Doc Johnson range of vac-u-loc products ... Failing that, search online [:)]

I don't recommend any of the jell or jelly products any longer as it is believed that they can leach into your body and cause cancer and other health issues. Also, as they are not sterilizable they are one person play toys, which although is good for many, is not for me. I want to be able to sterilize my products after every use and for me the extra money I pay for quality silicone is worth it every time. But your needs and mileage may vary. We here at leatherpost.com are going to be pulling down all of our jelly products and switching to predominantly silicone, glass, and stone products.

Are we talking harnesses or dildos?  Dildos in various materials are plentiful, but, don't always fit various harnesses.  i would not recommend a strap-on harness made of "jell".
