I'm not a female dom, but you bet I'd castrate a guy if it was warrented ( being abusive) and I thought I could get away with it!

Busting is rather a misnomer, the realities of 'busting' do not reconcile with the fantasies of so many that seek it out with a view to emasculate themselves. Without having actually researched the various degrees of ballbusting people automatically jump to the conclusion that it is about damaging a man's testicles. I have practised busting for a fair while (several times weekly with my own submissive) and have yet to come across a person that deliberately damages someone, yet have come across an inordinate number of males that fantasise about having their testicles damaged, rendering them useless.

castrations would be a prison term for the one who did it if they were do medial procidures with out a license .Ball busting , i would make sure all legal paper work was in order and signed and video taped then get your best boots and a sledge hammer & go to town .then make more money selling the dvd !
