That's going to depend a lot on the relationship dynamic and preferences of the people involved. Resistance play isn't something everyone enjoys. Some might even tell you that anything but instant obedience to a word or signal isn't 'twue' D/s.

It's also a type of play where there should be no debate about having a safeword.

i prefer to insert an ice cold 1/4" rusty metal rod into the urethra while the penis is erect to achieve straightening....
