Hi all. I'm wondering what methods you use to work on your bad habits? One I've started recently using is joesgoals.com and I'm looking for some kind of time tracking system to figure out where the day gets pissed away. So if you've found any methods that have assisted you in reaching your goals (whatever they may be) then I'd like to hear about it. I think we all realize it starts with having enough drive so let's skip that side-track. Also please refrain from "Oh my dom(me) keeps me in line" jokes.
