To me, as with a large part of BDSM, it is the intent behind the act. I frequently go without bra or panties. I do it because sometimes my bra hurts me more than going without and I just prefer to go without panties. There is nothing sexual about it and it doesn't arouse me in any way. It isn't part of scene and it doesn't give us a thrill. I wear a collar out and sometimes I wear cuffs - again no thrill. But when it arouses you to talk to me while you aren't wearing a bra or panties, I'd call that involving me in your sex life. If it arouses you to wear your collar out and have people see you in it, I'd call it involving them in your sex life. They play a part in the arousal but you haven't bothered to ask them how they feel about it. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I do consider it rude.

Ha Beth! Folsom Street Fair brings back memories. I grew up in the Bay Area, and it seemed every darn time we went to SF to see an art gallery or a Giant's game, my dad would get us lost and that's how my siblings and I got exposed to the soft underbelly of SF. Honestly I'm proud to show off my collar. I seriously don't care what other people say or think. If my Master was to put a leash on me I would go out like that without a problem. I used to wear a dogs choker collar for a long time (mainly because my dog died and it made me feel close to him on some level.) This type of lifestyle is everywhere you look... you can't hide it. Why would you want to? Just because someone doesn't like it shouldn't make a difference. Granted doing certain things in public is a dfferent issue. My post is in regard to a very specific thing, which is getting sexual gratification by having people catch you "in the act", which is a fetish that revolves around intentionally being nonconsensual. I really do not understand what you mean about no consensual relationships, but that is ok, I do not need to understand it. I do understand that we all have boundaries, and when people tread on those boundaries we have to speak up. I find it a boundary of mine to have people screwing or getting oral sex in a theater where I could end up being exposed to their tryst. It would bother me even more if it were adults that were doing it for the expressed purpose of getting caught or the thrill of discovery. This thread is becoming funny now.... People are making people sound as if they don't have a clue about where they have fun... If there are kids around, of course you wouldn't display things.... if there's a huge crowd in broad daylight... of course you wouldn't be getting it on.... Just because people get caught up in the moment or however your want to put it, in certain places.. doesn't mean they do it right out in the open where everyone can see them. There is such a thing as taking that person by the hand, going around a corner where your less likely to be seen. Or going for a midnight walk when everyone is sleeping... I highly doubt people are stupid enough to do things where kids can see them... or people that don't appreciate that type of thing can see it. You know there are reasons why having sex in public places is against the law, and people get arrested for having sex in public quite often... so there must be someone out there doing it irresponsibly in order to get busted for it... otherwise no one would know and we would not be having this conversation.
