Here’s what I would do (that is, if I were a Mistress who had a male sub and wanted to humiliate him by making him eat his own cum):

Actually, using gasoline in a squirt bottle with a spray nozzle can be used to control a fire, at least. I'm pretty sure that, given a quick and steady hand, and the right nozzle, you could put it out, too. I've never tried it with a human, though, just with a bonfire, so if anyone reads this and ends up on the Darwin Awards: say cheese for me. [;)]
