"Taming the Tiger Within: Meditations on Transforming Difficult Emotions" by Thich Nhat Hanh....an amazing and prolific buhhdist writer and monk...and the way i read it is just open the book, what is on that page is what i need to read....so...here goes...this is today's....

...I thought it was when they first find his sarcophagus? O.o  It's inscribed on the inside of the lid.
