Status: offline 		Who make for the best whiners in the world?

Now, everyone in every population whines from time to time - about stuff in their lives, stuff on the news and so on, but its definitely notable that some populations provide the most attention grabbing whiners of all.

In the UK for instance, people from my region around Birmingham are particularly good at whining (Ozzy Osbourne for example). In the US, I'd imagine New Yorkers might come closest to producing the most supremely annoying whining.

But who in your opinion competes for the number one spot?

Status: offline 		Jerry Seinfeld (a New Yorker, LadyEllen) made himself millions with his brand of whining. =)

But personally, I think sports talk radio jockeys are the worst. Always carrying on about lineups, coaches, salaries.. and going off on obnoxiously whiny tangents about subjects they know little about. Stick to sports, guys, drop the political spiels.

Left Wing talking heads are ALMOST as bad.  But rightwingers make the top ranking simply due to their numbers.

Status: offline 		I know this couple who whine quite a bit. They are both Republicans, went to Duke and they live in Boulder. I dont know if that represents a trend, but Id vote for the Republican Duke Alumni from Boulder.

In England, students used to have a reputation for whining (not sure if it's still the case, I haven't been one in yonks, and I left England ages ago) - totally undeservedly, I might add. Otherwise, I find that whining is very well represented in all strata of the population, though I agree that rich right-wing people tend to whine far more than anybody else (perhaps because they're used to being mollycoddled, and find the traumas of existence too hard to bear stoically).

Oh no,  not by a long shot.  There are a handful of groups online that would put the worst whiners here to shame.  Just take a dive through any furry/fursuiter or "Ana's friends" forum.  And they're not even the WORST there is out there.

Status: offline 		Speaking as an expert I think you have failed to distinguish between whiners whingers and moaners.
These distinctions may be technical but they are real. It just upsets me so much when people simply dont take care in expressing themselves. Its not a lot to ask as it?. Someone as busy as me has got better things to do than try and fathom out what people really mean. Why everyone cant grasp that I am usually right beats me. Just another cross I have to bear.

I live near B'ham so I also think you are wrong on a point of fact. OK?
