Hello, I'll be in Chicago sometime between 12/26 - 1/01. I am looking for fetish shops, great restaurants, places to go, events to attend, etc. I'm spoiling myself and a friend.

GD2 is the nicest club in ChiTown, at least in my opinion, and you can get a trial membership for your time here. They are having a kinky New Years Eve party, if you have not already set your plans. TabouTabou is a very fun kink store on Belmont, lots of girly clothes and stockings, and a few toys. If you head into boys town you can visit Leather Sport which has nixed its female clothing, but still carries a nice variety of toys, and other such fun. Basically boys town is a must see.

For the non kinky to do, I would recommend Chicago style deep dish pizza from Pizzeria Uno downtown. Japonaise is one of my boyfriend’s favorite restaurants, and of course, a little shopping on Michigan Ave. never hurt anyone. Our Shedd Aquarium is breathtaking, and the Field Museum is currently running a very interesting exhibition on Charles Darwin.

Thanks for all ideas. I am familiar with Chicago but haven't been there shopping and to party in awhile. GD2 sounds good for new years eve. Aren't there some great fetish stores in addition to TabouTabou for everything but especially shoes?
