Submissive means a person who wants to submit.  It doesn't imply "slave" so it's probably not slavier then the other terms you mention.

A slave, as it's used in the D/s community has little to do with the  historical meaning.  It doesn't describe a degree of submission, it describes a particular mode of behavior.  A slave doesn't even need to be submissive, although that's obviously unlikely, they only need to submit and normally it would necessitate being in a committed power exchange relationship, or being "collared" as is said. Since in this context being a "slave" is consensual it's never needed to be defined very well - no one's looking to emancipate the pervs - but it's certainly the slaviest term, by definition, in your subject line.

A meta-slave doesn't really have any meaning to the community at large, and since we're speaking of an internal lexicon, meta-slave is basically meaningless and not slavey at all.  Although that can change it if gains use.

A no-limits slave however, if that's how you define meta-slave, would by many be considered not slavey or D/s-y since it's out side of the SSC paradigm.  Others would say that it's the only real definition of slave.  I'm afraid the latter has less sense and grounding so I'd say point here goes again to "slave" being more slavey.

Status: offline 		If this is a term you have heard used in your local community, then why not ask the people in your local community what the difference is between slave and "meta-slave"?  Perhaps it is just an upstate NY thing.
 
Sounds to me like "meta-slave" could be the ideal counterpart for "Uber Dom"...........

Status: offline 		Hmmm.  Well, physical is actual touching.  Meta-physical is touching of the spirits.  To feel something without the actual tactile sense.  (As an aside, being metaphysical puts a whole new spin in cyber sex...lol.)  So a slave would be a physical thing, but a meta-slave?  Would that be an "only in the mind" thing?  A conundrum.

If I were a slave, I think I would like to be a robo-slave.  I have an Inspector Gadget man that I think would love to have a "Go-go-gadget-slave!".     As long as I get one of them cool beanies that fly...oh! and a shoe phone...and a can opener thumb...and a...and a......

Of course, terms don't make people a certain way.  If someone says that they're a "slave", but they act like one might consider a "sub", they're a sub, despite their claims to the differ.

We use labels to get ideas across quickly.  Conventionally, I use "slave" as "owned- can't refuse an order in her limits, has relatively few limits, can only get out of an order in limits by removing her collar".  I use "sub" as "guided- takes orders with a pinch of salt, retaining her right to refuse orders.  Typically more limits."

If someone falls in my definition of a "sub", I'll call them that.  If they call in my definition of a "slave", I'll call them that.  I care little what people call themselves beyond what is necessary to recognize and interpret reality.

This said, slaves are typically defined as being more submissive than subs, even though the exact dividing line can be a subject of controversy.  Rather often, a sub or slave perfers the other title and uses without showing regard for the dishonesty involved.  (Not that I'm citing it as morally offensively, but I am saying that people will outright lie, often claiming that the definitions are fake and that nothing they can say is a lie since all the words are meaningless.)
